Happy Easter!

Happy Easter, P.I.M PALS! (/( ்̓˟்̓)\)🥕

I hope that wherever you are in the world you had a lovely Easter. ✨

Personally, I love Easter for a variety of reasons. For one, I loved receiving adorable Easter baskets from my family when I was a little girl. Also, I enjoyed participating in Easter egg hunts and egg dyeing, and still do. And lastly, bunnies are my favorite animal, and Easter is a day dedicated to bunnies. 🐰💕

But most importantly…

“Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In His great mercy He has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,” ~ 1 Peter 1:3

Therefore, reader, always celebrate life for Christ who is our living hope, and death has no power and no dominion. ✨

May God bless you and protect you, and I pray and speak that you are safe and healthy always. 🙏💕

Blossom

Hi, P.I.M PALS! (o^-^o)/

Welcome to today’s blog post about blossoming.

As I watch the trees blossom with flowers this spring, I thought about what it means to blossom as a person.

Firstly, what does it mean to blossom?

To blossom means to flourish and develop into something beautiful like a flower, for example. 🌸

In other words, when you see a person blossom, they become a more confident, attractive, and successful version of themselves.

Each and every one of us are called to blossom in this life. But sometimes we are faced with difficult people, obstacles, or situations, that can try to keep us from blossoming into the person we are called to be in Christ.

Let me remind you what it says in the book of John 10:10 (ESV), “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I (God) came that they may have life and have it abundantly.”

Personally, I have been going through something challenging in my life for quite some time now, and what I am going through has stumbled me to some extent.

However, I have decided that I will not allow this challenge to dominate my life or my spirit.

Satan will try to use the challenges in your life and use them against you, but he has no power over you.

One of the ways I have learned to not allow these challenges to come against me is to simply pray to my Heavenly Father.

Another way is to speak life and rebuke Satan with authority and power in Jesus name!

Oftentimes, I have to remind myself what it says in Psalm 8:2 (KJV), which says, “Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings hast thou ordained strength because of thine enemies, that thou mightest still the enemy and the avenger.”

You are a child of the Most High God, reader, who is made to do incredible and beautiful things!

I encourage you to blossom.

Here is a scripture verse that I want to give you.

🌸 Psalm 1:1-3 (NIV) 🌸

“Blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked or stand in the way that sinners take or sit in the company of mockers, but whose delight is in the law of the Lord, and who meditates on His law day and night. That person is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither – whatever they do prospers.”

Therefore, reader, take delight in the Lord and His Word and do not compare yourself to someone else who is blossoming in their own time. You will have your season, just like they are having their season. So, be patient and hopeful because your time of blossoming is in God’s Will and His timing. 🌱

So, have you come to that point in your life when you are seeing yourself blossoming?

🌸

I hope you found this post to be valuable, reader, and if it resonated with you, feel free to share your thoughts in the comments.

Clean Fun

Hi, P.I.M PALS! (o^-^o)/ ✨

Welcome to today’s blog post about having clean fun.

Spring break is here, and you know what that means for college students? Party time!! 🥳

If you didn’t already know, the idea of having a good time during college years is to have wild parties. And these wild parties can open the doors to things that can change your life.

As a college student myself, I have many ideas as anyone else when planning my spring break.

I am someone who wants to have fun but refuses to compromise my principles and values, and you shouldn’t either.

I believe that spring break can be a memorable and fun time with family, close friends, and new friends that you meet along the way.

Let me share with you some of my ideas on how you can spend your spring break.

🌸 Spend time at a lake house, the beach, a café, or have a picnic.

🌸 Start a new hobby of your interest.

🌸 Travel to a country, visit a national park or go to a museum.

🌸 Rest and reflect, read a good book, draw or paint whatever inspires you.

🌸 Plan a reunion with family or friends.

🌸 Do an internship program, or go on a mission trip and help those in need.

🌸 Go to your favorite amusement park.

🌸 Remodel your home or room like you always wanted to.

🌸 Try out new recipes or enjoy some of your favorite foods.

You can make spring break anything you want it to be, as long as it does not cost you to lose your innocence.

For instance, society has displayed to young people that the only way to have fun is to party hard by getting drunk and high, which can then lead you to lose your mind, your innocence, or even your life.

I am just encouraging you to be wise and realize that you have so many other things that you can decide to do over your spring break. These things should cause you to have no regrets, only great memories!

Here are some scripture verses for you to read:

Romans 12:2 (ESV) “Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.”

1 Thessalonians 4:3-4 (NIV) “It is God’s will that you should be sanctified: that you should avoid sexual immorality; that each of you should learn to control your own body in a way that is holy and honorable.”

2 Timothy 1:7 (ESV) “For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control.”

🌸

This post may be a bit thought-provoking, but I hope you found it to be valuable, and if it resonated with you, feel free to share your thoughts.

Also, make sure to like and subscribe to my blog so you don’t miss out on new blog posts and content in the future! ✨

Happy Valentine’s Day! 💕

ʕ♡˙ᴥ˙♡ʔ

Happy Valentine’s Day, P.I.M PALS! 💕

I hope that wherever you are in the world, you are having a lovely Valentine’s Day today. ✨

Like many others, when I think of Valentine’s Day, I think of a special day for couples, but since I have never been in a relationship before, I will just speak about the things I do know!

Ever since I was young, I looked forward to Valentine’s Day every year. Firstly, I love the color pink, and Valentine’s Day is a day dedicated to that color! Also, I love to dress up in pink, red, and white, make homemade cards for my parents, eat heart-shaped sweets, hug my stuffed animals, and spend time with my family. 🧸 💕

And as a student, I loved it when my school would always let the students dress up, decorate the classroom, and have a Valentine’s Day class party together. Does your school do this kind of thing? ✨

❤️

As I thought about love and Valentine’s Day, I wanted to give you the following scripture verses:

❤️ 1 Corinthians 13:4-8 (NIV) ❤️

“Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away.”

❤️ 1 John 4:16 (KJV) ❤️

“And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him.”

❤️ Romans 8:38-39 (NLT) ❤️

“And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow – not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love. No power in the sky above or in the earth below – indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord.

❤️ Psalm 145:8 (NIV) ❤️

“The Lord is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and rich in love.” 🥰

What I love about these scripture verses is just how honest and straightforward they are. They apply to both the love you show yourself and others and the entirety of the scripture verses are just simply powerful. I encourage you, reader, to meditate on these scripture verses every day. They perfectly define what true love is at the end of the day.

❤️

Serenity

ʚ♡⃛ɞ

Hi, P.I.M PALS!

Welcome to today’s blog post about serenity.

Oftentimes, when we think of positive emotions we often think of the following:

Happiness, which is great and positive, but short-lived, depending on what is happening. 😊

Joy, which is a deeper state of mind and happiness, no matter what is going on. 😄

Bliss, which occurs when something overly spectacular is happening at the moment that it is making you feel extremely elated. However, as powerful and quick as the word bliss sounds, it is not a constant state. 😃

But serenity is a calm, peaceful, resolute even, made-up mind, and tranquil feeling. It is the quality or state of being serene. For me, just saying the word serenity is like singing a song. 🎶

The key to reaching serenity and knowing how to get there is by being happy and joyful for the most part during the period of your life when you are young.

Sometimes, when we are young, we can get very anxious, worried, scared, or feel pain about difficult, troubling situations, and as a result, our joy and peace can be robbed as a child if we let those emotional states dominate our spirit.

Therefore, I wanted to share with you one of my favorite scripture verses that I believe would help a person to reach serenity starting from young.

“You who are young, be happy while you are young, and let your heart give you joy in the days of your youth. Follow the ways of your heart and whatever your eyes see, but know that for all these things God will bring you into judgment. So then, banish anxiety from your heart and cast off the troubles of your body, for youth and vigor are meaningless.”

 Ecclesiastes 11:9-10 (NIV) ✨

As a young person, I believe that you can carry this scripture verse with you as you age. The scripture verse sets the foundation for reaching serenity and helps you to keep things in perspective and maintain serenity.

Happy New Year, P.I.M PALS!

I hope that wherever you are in the world, you are safe and healthy and enjoying a wonderful New Year’s Day today. ✨

As I reflect on 2021 and all of the blessings and challenges that were presented throughout that year, I would like to share with you this following scripture verse:

Isaiah 40:31 (NIV), which says, “But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” 🦅

So, if you are feeling weak or like you cannot continue, do not give up! Keep your hope and trust in God, and He will renew your strength. That is a promise. ✨

What is the true gift of Christmas?

Merry Christmas, P.I.M PALS! ✨

Welcome to today’s blog post about the true gift of Christmas.

So, what is the true gift of Christmas? The answer is the “Christ” in the word “Christmas.”

Jesus Christ is the true gift of Christmas. It all started in a manger in Bethlehem where the Son of God, Jesus, lay as an innocent baby. His mother, Mary, was a virgin chosen by God to give birth to a son who would change the world by saving people from their sins. And it says in God’s Word that if we choose to believe in Him, we will be free from our sins and have everlasting life.

“And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call His name Jesus: for He shall save His people from their sins.” – Matthew 1:21

Every Christmas, I like to acknowledge Christ the Lord and praise Him for who He is in our lives. If it were not for His Son, Jesus, which is God himself but as flesh and blood, you and I would not be given the beautiful gift of life. ✨

“For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” – John 3:16

Jesus Christ is the gift that we can always open our hearts to and be filled with peace, love, and joy at any time and place, whether it is Christmas or simply everyday life. 🎁 ❤️

“Thanks be to God for His indescribable gift!” ~ 2 Corinthians 9:15

And every perfect gift such as family and friends, good health, safety, food and water, and a warm home, to name a few, all come from Christ, our Everlasting Father in Heaven. So, let us all rejoice in Him this Christmas Day and forever, for He is more than worthy of praise! ⭐️

“Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.” – Luke 2:14

God Makes Us White As Snow

God Makes Us White As Snow

A winter poem by Selene

・:*:・。☆。・:*:・

Freshly fallen snow is delicate, soft, and pure.

It melts your sins away as if you’ve never sinned before.

Our sins are red like crimson, yet they become white as snow.

Then, purity radiates such a special glow.

And forever, you will shine as bright as the stars above.

All because of God’s pure love.
